It all began with the electronic music of the 80s. In the beginning I was mostly inspired by Vangelis, Jean-Michel Jarre and the Alan Parsons Project. I spent a lot of time composing until contract music came into my life. Music is an amazing and infinite source in my life.
As drummer of different bands he was already engaged in playing at many festivals and has seen a lot of clubs. Now it is time for him to leave his instrument and move to the front of the stage. Over the years he created compassionate songs which show how close happiness and melancholy can be.
Two years ago, Robert Groos left his normal life behind to travel the country as a songwriter. Emilys Giant created songs which stand for themselves and are full of poetry and clarity – an exceptional voice, a guitar and drums – a melancholic mix of Folk, Punk and Blues.
